Before 1975 also owned Waaiagat & Jaymount Portfolio of F.C..M., B.P, Hellenic Ins. Shares. After 1975 it converted to a type-B company, acting as intermediate holding company and also engaged in real estate.
Austral Financiera Comercial S.A. was formed in 1952. It was a type-C company mainly engaged in shipping, acting as agent for whaling companies. The company purchased the yacht "Christina" (ex name Stormont) in 06/1954. After 1974 it was an aviation company, (dormant in 1998). In 1990, 50% of shares belonged to ASO and the other 50% belonged to Atol.

Belgravia Investments Panama S.A. was formed in 1976. It was a type-D company acting mainly as intermediate agency in the fields of cash management and investments. It belonged to Henley Finance Corporation. In 1977 it owned shares of of Societe Des Forges & Chantiers de la Mediterranee. This new company was formed after the division of the Onassis assets and the restructuring of the companies to serve the needs of the Christina Onassis group, which was managed separately by OMSA and separately from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation's companies. The company was dissolved in 2000.
