        History

Albany Finance Corporation was formed in 1976. It was a type-C company mainly acting as intermediate holding company. In 1976 it belonged to United Investments Panama S.A. and in 1988 to International Finance Panama S.A.. The company was bearer of shares of Athina Roussel patrimony.
