History
United Investments Panama S.A. was formed in 1976. It was a type-D company mainly acting as intermediate agency in the field of cash management. It was the holding company of Athina Group of companies and owned several other companies such as Rhone Investments Limited (dividend from Corvallis), Evanston Panama S.A., Moreno Shipping Company and State Mercantile Company S.A. This new company was formed after the division of the Onassis assets and the restructuring of the companies to serve the needs of the Christina Onassis group, which was managed separately by OMSA and separately from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation's companies.
