It was a type-C company which purchased 12 corvettes (Olympic Chaser, Olympic Fighter, Olympic Arrow, Olympic Conqueror, Olympic Champion, Olympic Victor, Olympic Lightning, Olympic Runner, Olympic Explorer, Olympic Cruiser, Olympic Leader, Olympic Promoter) and convert them to whaling vessels, forming Onassi's whaling fleet. Along with the Olympic Whaling Company they were the owners of Onassi's whaling fleet.

It was one of the companies that between 1951-1959 purchased shares of the Société des Bains de Mer and eventually took control of the company that owned Monaco’s most important businesses: the Casino, the Opera House and the famous Hôtel de Paris. After 1975 it was acting as intermediate agency and had bank accounts for staff remittances, Grant loan to A.M. In 1990 seems that 50% shares of the company belongs to ASO and the other 50% to Atol.
